What data we process and why

• Ticket purchases: first name, last name, email, phone and order details, to manage the booking, issue the tickets and send them to you. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Unfinished purchase reminder: if you tick the box to receive it at checkout and do not complete the payment, we use your name, email and order details to send you a single email with a link to resume your purchase. Legal basis: your consent, which is not required to buy. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to atencion@valenciatickets.example, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Customer support: the data you provide when contacting us, to answer your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest and performance of the contract.
• Analytics: aggregated browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies. Legal basis: consent.

Recipients

To issue your tickets we share the necessary data with the venue or provider and with the Tixalia/Experticket distribution platform. Payment is processed on the provider's secure payment gateway; we do not store card details. We also use email and hosting providers acting as data processors.

Retention

We keep order data for as long as required to meet legal (tax and consumer) obligations.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to atencion@valenciatickets.example. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
